On May 22,the conference and signing ceremony that state-owned enterprises helped Shanxi Provincial People's Government with management transition was held in Taiyuan.Top officails from Shanxi government and SASAC (State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission) and heads from 62 state-owned enterprises attended the conference.
